Refund policy

Returns
Products that were purchased from SimplyBE Dancewear will be eligible for a return if it is made within 30 days from the time of purchase. Additionally, your return must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached. SimplyBE Dancewear reserves the right to reject any returns that do not fit this description.

For a full refund, any return must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of a customer receiving an item(s). Any return postmarked back to us after 14 days of a customer receiving an item(s) will be eligible for a store credit in the form of a gift card. No return/exchange/store credit will be issued beyond 30 days of a customer receiving their item(s). 

Returns Process
To start a return, please gather your order number, items you are returning, and your reason(s) for wanting to return. Then select Start my Return.  We will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return stand the risk of not being accepted. We do not pay for return shipping.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
We do not process exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, we suggest that you consider repurchasing the new size. This will minimize the risk of your desired size becoming unavailable. Then you can return the original for a refund or store credit following the Return Process.

Refunds or Store Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued a refund or store credit in the form of a gift card, and you will be notified. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your request once your return has been delivered to us, although we typically process returns more quickly. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
